Saudi Arabia's King Salman Center Performs 200 Eye Surgeries in Sri Lanka as Part of Anti-Blindness Campaign
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid, in collaboration with the International Sight Foundation, has completed at least 200 eye surgeries as part of its "Saudi Noor Volunteer Program to Combat Blindness" in the Sri Lankan town of Kattankudy.
This campaign, which began on May 4 and will end on May 11, has also assessed over 2,000 individuals.
The Saudi Press Agency reported this news on Thursday, highlighting that this is just one of the many humanitarian and relief projects being carried out by Saudi Arabia's aid agency in various friendly countries around the world.
