Tourism Development Fund Opens Applications for Key Initiative Aligned with Kingdom's Vision 2030
The Saudi Tourism Development Fund has initiated applications for its fourth leadership training program, aimed at cultivating future tourism leaders in the Kingdom.
This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia's broader Vision 2030 plan, which aims to diversify the economy and reduce dependence on oil revenues by developing other sectors such as tourism.The program, known as the Tourism Oluo Program, targets talented university graduates from both local and international institutions.
The goal is to equip these graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in various aspects of the tourism industry.
In collaboration with Spain's IE University, the training encompasses practical sessions at the fund's headquarters in Riyadh, as well as specialized courses conducted within the Kingdom and abroad with leading educational institutions.Participants benefit from comprehensive coverage including social insurance, medical insurance, monthly stipends, paid annual leave, and opportunities to contribute to strategic tourism projects.
The program is open to graduates in fields such as finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, and engineering, aligning with the evolving demands of the tourism market.This initiative supports Saudi Arabia's National Tourism Strategy by enhancing the Kingdom's global standing as a tourist destination.
