JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia’s Culinary Arts Commission has launched a freelance license for chefs through the Abde’a Cultural Licenses Platform, marking a significant step towards empowering Saudi culinary talent.
The license allows Saudi nationals aged 18 and above, who hold certified culinary training and valid food safety or health certifications, to legally offer freelance culinary services across various venues and events in the Kingdom.
