Saudi Arabia Expands Electronic Visit Visa Program to Bahamas, Barbados, and Grenada: Total of 66 Countries Eligible
Saudi Arabia added the Bahamas, Barbados, and Grenada to the list of countries eligible for electronic visit visas, bringing the total to 66.
Citizens of these countries can now obtain visitor visas electronically or upon arrival at Saudi Arabian international ports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministries of Interior and Tourism, made this announcement as part of Saudi Arabia's goal to enhance the tourist experience for visitors from around the world.
The new visas will have a validity of one year and allow multiple reentries.
The text discusses the details of a year-long electronic visa for select countries, which allows a maximum stay of three months at a time.
The visa can be obtained instantly through the Digital Saudi Embassy and can be used for tourism, Umrah, business, or visiting relatives and friends.
The visa duration cannot be renewed before expiration, and visa holders must leave Saudi Arabia before the specified stay period to avoid penalties.
The visa does not permit work or Umrah during the Hajj season.
