Russian-held Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant Remains Stable After External Power Line Shut Down
The situation at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine has been deemed stable following the disengagement of an external power supply line.
According to recent reports, the condition of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, currently under Russian control and located in Ukraine, remains secure after a crucial external power supply line was deactivated.
This decision came into effect due to an automatic safety measure being triggered, as stated by representatives of the facility on Friday.
The Dneprovskaya power line, which previously provided electricity to the plant, experienced a disconnection as a direct result of this automated response.
Despite this interruption in external support, the plant has assured that its stability has not been compromised and is functioning within safe operational parameters.
