This assertion comes in the wake of President Donald Trump's positive assessment of his discussions with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Ambassador Olga Stefanishyna released a statement condemning Russia’s recent military strikes, which caused power outages across Ukraine.

She characterized these attacks as a direct affront to peace initiatives led by Trump.
