The conference, sponsored by King Salman, will be attended by researchers, specialists and students.

Topics to be discussed at the conference will include disability issues in research and application and empowerment issues in childhood and adolescence.

More than 100 researchers from 30 countries will lead 91 diverse scientific activities at the event, including 53 specialized lectures and 15 workshops. The conference will also see the announcement of the winners of the third King Salman Award for Disability Research.

The conference will be held under the slogan “Empowering Individuals with Disabilities from Childhood to Adulthood Between Research and Practice.”
