Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Madinah, Saudi Arabia, has emphasized the significance of preparing public spaces and establishing programs to cater to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), enabling them to participate more actively in the community.
In a recent development, an agreement was reached between the Al-Madinah Association for Autism (Tamakkon) and the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards.
This accreditation recognizes Madinah as an "autism-friendly city," underscoring the city's commitment to providing inclusive services for individuals with ASD.
During the event, the Governor commended Tamakkon for its efforts in expanding services and enhancing learning opportunities for beneficiaries in the region.
