As part of these commemorative events throughout 2025 marking the anniversary, Japan is also participating in Expo 2025 in Osaka with a Saudi Arabia Pavilion. The expo serves as an opportunity for Saudi Arabia to work towards attracting 30,000 Japanese visitors annually leading up to Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
