Dave Goddard, executive vice president of mining at Hexagon, explained that the initiative aims to ensure students graduate as 'digital natives' with the skills required to thrive in the modern mining sector.
This partnership builds on Hexagon's existing collaboration with mining ventures in the region, including its 2024 deal with Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Ma'aden) to create a digital mine.
