Dubai Property Sales Reach Record $152.32 Billion by October 2025
The Gulf Cooperation Council region witnesses a surge in property transactions, driven by economic diversification efforts.
Dubai's property market has set a new record, with sales surpassing 559.4 billion dirhams ($152 billion) by October 2025, according to data from real estate brokerage fam Properties.
This figure already exceeds the emirate’s previous full-year high.
In October alone, Dubai registered 19,875 property transactions worth 59.4 billion dirhams, bringing the total for the first ten months of 2025 to 178,244 deals.
The market's sustained performance indicates a broader trend across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), where property values and sales are rising in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
This growth is attributed to ongoing economic diversification efforts within the region.
Following 2024’s record of 180,900 transactions worth 522.1 billion dirhams, 2025 appears set to mark another milestone year for Dubai's real estate sector.
Firas Al-Msaddi, CEO of fam Properties, emphasized that while the market remains strong, it is crucial for developers and investors alike to make informed decisions backed by data.
