While in terms of dealing with private money (not public’s money), military special operations and startups, Israel known as a country with a very progressive and creative population, on the other hand the Israeli state is also known as a very primitive country when it comes to public-services-efficiency and old fashion roads infrastructure with endless traffic jam almost as bad as in Cairo.

Wouldn’t it be simpler if people will wait at their home or office, and vaccinate team will go to vaccinate them door to door?
