Boulevard World Showcases Global Cultures at Riyadh Season

Riyadh Season's China, Indonesia, South Korea, and Kuwait zones offer immersive cultural experiences.
As part of the vibrant Riyadh Season celebrations, Boulevard World has unveiled specialized zones dedicated to showcasing the rich heritage, arts, and traditions of various global cultures.

Among these are the China zone, the Indonesia zone, the South Korea zone, and the Kuwait zone, each designed to provide visitors with an authentic and immersive journey into their respective cultural backgrounds.

The China zone at Boulevard World is meticulously crafted to reflect traditional Chinese architecture, featuring a range of cultural highlights.

These include tai chi demonstrations that epitomize the philosophy of movement in Chinese culture, as well as a tea-tasting pavilion where visitors can learn about and experience the traditional preparation methods.

The zone also showcases exhibits on traditional clothing and handicrafts from across China’s diverse regions.

In addition to the China zone, Boulevard World introduces an Indonesia zone that invites visitors to dive into the cultural tapestry of Indonesia through an interactive experience.

This destination features architecture inspired by traditional Indonesian houses, handcrafted goods, and live entertainment, offering a comprehensive view of Indonesian culture, its rich heritage, and authentic cuisine.

The South Korea zone is another new addition to Boulevard World’s offerings at Riyadh Season.

Designed to reflect the richness of South Korean heritage and civilization, this attraction invites visitors to explore key elements of South Korean culture through traditional architecture, artistic performances, and authentic cuisine, complemented by shops offering handicrafts and cultural products.

Boulevard World continues to expand its lineup for Riyadh Season with 24 zones representing cultures from around the world.

Among these is the Kuwait zone, which highlights the authentic Kuwaiti identity and pride in its cultural heritage.

The design of this zone draws inspiration from prominent Kuwaiti landmarks, both historical and modern, including recreations of the Kuwait Towers and traditional wooden ships, as well as old Kuwaiti houses.

Visitors to the Kuwait zone can enjoy a comprehensive cultural experience, featuring performances reflecting Kuwaiti folklore, traditional food stalls, and shops displaying local products and handicrafts that embody Kuwait’s cultural identity.

Boulevard World has quickly become a major tourist attraction, captivating both local and international visitors, and establishing itself as one of Riyadh Season’s top destinations.

On Friday, General Entertainment Authority Chairman Turki Alalshikh announced that Riyadh Season has attracted 1 million visitors since its launch on October 10, highlighting the event's popularity and success in bringing diverse cultures to the heart of Riyadh.
