Bookings canceled as vaccine death scares off jab receivers
A medical director of a community vaccination center said nearly half of the Sinovac appointments today have been canceled, after the news of a 63-year-old man who received the jab died had grabbed the limelight.
Samuel Kwok Po-yin, medical director of the center at Kwun Chung Sports Centre in Jordan, said not only the bookings were canceled, but they have also seen around a dozen people getting cold feet before receiving the jab and left.
