Traffic directorate announces issuance of vehicle plates with distinctive logo
The General Directorate of Traffic (GDT) has announced the activation of the service of issuing vehicle plates with a distinctive logo, through (5) logos.
These logos include "The Kingdom's Vision", "The Two Swords and the Palm — both colored and black", "Madain Saleh" and "Diriyah", starting from Monday, Feb, 21, 2022.
The GDT stressed that those wishing to benefit from the service and issue plates can log into the Ministry of Interior platform "Absher", and choose "Traffic" from the services tab, then "communication" and "request a plate with a logo".
After paying a one-time fee (SR800), the information on the plate that the beneficiary wishes to replace must be written as well as specifying the required logo, and attach a copy of the payment receipt, through the “Absher” platform, by choosing “Attachments.”
