Riyadh-based artificial intelligence firm Humain, supported by the Saudi Public Investment Fund, is planning a dual listing on both the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) within the next four years.

This ambitious goal was shared by CEO Tareq Amin during an interview at the Future Investment Initiative conference.Humain's AI-powered assistant, known as Humain Chat, has reportedly achieved significant traction, boasting 300,000 active users in Saudi Arabia.

The company is also targeting expansion into five additional markets by December, aiming to further establish its presence globally.The announcement of this strategic move coincides with the signing of a partnership between Humain and the FII Foundation.

This alliance seeks to accelerate the development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies, underscoring the mutual commitment to advancing Saudi Arabia's position as a leading hub for AI innovation.Amin emphasized that Humain has secured ample funding to support its operational activities and expansion plans, ensuring financial stability and growth potential.Established in May 2025, Humain is focused on developing comprehensive AI capabilities across four key domains: next-generation data centers, high-performance cloud computing infrastructure and platforms, advanced AI models, and fostering the Kingdom's reputation as a global center for artificial intelligence excellence.
