Netanyahu Hopes to Overcome Biden's Weapons Pause, Vows to Fight Hamas without US Aid
Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, expressed his hope to secure US military aid and overcome President Joe Biden's hold on specific weapons, despite what he referred to as a disagreement with the White House.
On Tuesday, reports emerged that the US State Department had initiated the congressional review process for a $1 billion weapons aid package for Israel.
When asked about the package during a CNBC interview on Wednesday, Netanyahu declined to confirm the reports but expressed his gratitude for US assistance.
Netanyahu also stated his intention to continue fighting against Hamas, regardless of American support.
