King, Crown Prince congratulate Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed on his election as UAE President

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of his election as President of the United Arab Emirates by the Federal Supreme Council.
The King said, “On the occasion of your election by the Federal Supreme Council as president of the sisterly United Arab Emirates, we are pleased to express to Your Highness the most sincere fraternal congratulations, praying to Allah Almighty to grant your Highness success, help you, and direct your steps to serve the United Arab Emirates and its people to continue the process of goodness and development proceeded by your father, Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan, and your brother, Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (may Allah bestow mercy upon them.”

The King added, “We look forward to continuing work to consolidate the bonds of fraternity and friendship between our two sisterly countries and peoples, and to work together to strengthen relations between the states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for the Arab States and the Arab and Islamic nations, wishing Your Highness constant good health and happiness, and your sisterly country further security, stability and prosperity.”

Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman too sent a cable of congratulations to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on the occasion of his being elected by the Federal Supreme Council as President of the United Arab Emirates.

In his cable, the Crown Prince expressed sincere fraternal felicitations to Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on being elected by the Federal Supreme Council as President of the United Arab Emirates, wishing him every success to serve his people and country and continue the march of development and prosperity.

He also wished Sheikh Mohamed continuous health and happiness and his sisterly country steady security, prosperity and stability.
