Saudi Airlines and Flynas Earn High Ratings in GACA's Latest Air Transport Complaint Index
The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia released a classification index of air transport service providers and airports based on the number of complaints filed by passengers during April 2022.
Saudi Airlines had the least complaints per 100,000 passengers, with a rate of 16, and a timely complaint handling rate of 100%.
Flynas and Flyadeal also had relatively low numbers of complaints per 100,000 passengers, at 28 and 35 respectively.
King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and Taif International Airport had the least complaints among international airports with more than six million passengers per year and less than six million passengers per year, respectively.
Bisha Airport had the least complaints among domestic airports, with a rate of 4% and one complaint.
The report aims to provide passengers with information about air transport service providers and airports' performance in resolving complaints.
