He referred to the wise leadership's directives that focus on servicing citizens and paying attention to their needs through receptiveness and consideration of their opinions and feedback, all of which contribute to achieving the desired goals. His Highness expressed his appreciation for the dedication of all officials in the region in serving citizens diligently.

At the end of the ceremony, the Prince of Al-Qassim region honored 37 employees who received the Ideal Employee Award from the Emirate, governorates, and affiliated centers of the region. He also launched the eighth session of the Ideal Employee Award, signaling the commencement of its activities.
