Turkish Embassy in Riyadh Hosts Culinary Competition in Support of Earthquake-Affected Hatay Region
The Turkish Embassy in Riyadh held a cooking contest as part of Turkish Cuisine Week, which took place from May 21-27.
The theme of this year's event was the cuisine of Hatay, which was affected by earthquakes earlier in the year.
The competition featured four teams, with judges including the Turkish envoy and his wife, a CEO of Culinary Arts Commission, and three chefs.
The event also included a buffet with other examples of Turkish cuisine.
