Sultan Al Marshid Inaugurates Mauritius' New $25M National Cancer Hospital Funded by Saudi Development Fund
Sultan Al Marshid, the CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development, officially opened the National Cancer Hospital in Mauritius, which was constructed with the help of a $25 million loan from the fund.
This new hospital represents a significant milestone in enhancing Mauritius' healthcare system and offering top-notch cancer treatment to patients.
The hospital boasts 220 hospital beds and spans over an area of 21,000 square meters.
The Saudi Fund for Development has previously financed seven other development projects in Mauritius, totaling $228 million through development loans.
These projects aim to fortify the foundations of sustainable development for developing countries worldwide.
