All passengers and crew are safe after Saudia flight from Jeddah to Jakarta made an emergency landing at Kualanamu International Airport in Medan.
Saudia has confirmed that all passengers and crew are safe following a security incident involving one of its flights.
Flight SV5276, operating from Jeddah to Jakarta, was diverted to Kualanamu International Airport in Indonesia after an email threat claimed there was a bomb on board.
The aircraft landed safely at the alternate airport and all passengers and crew evacuated without incident.
Authorities confirmed that the aircraft was secure and the bomb threat was false.
Saudia emphasized that passenger safety remains its top priority, stating that full care and support have been provided to those affected, with onward travel arrangements being made.
