Saudi Arabia Showcases Cultural Initiatives at New Delhi World Book Fair

Saudi Arabia’s Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission is participating in the New Delhi World Book Fair, being held at Pragati Maidan from February 1 to 9. The Kingdom’s involvement underscores its ongoing efforts to enhance cultural cooperation with India.
The commission aims to raise awareness of Saudi Arabia’s heritage, its role in global literature, and its contributions to the international literary community.
Highlighted initiatives include 'Tarjim', which supports Saudi Arabia’s translation movement, and sections dedicated to the King Salman Global Academy for the Arabic Language and the King Fahd National Library.
Saudi Arabia was also the guest of honor at the 2024 New Delhi World Book Fair, where it organized various cultural programs reflecting the country’s rich creative landscape.
