Saudi Arabia will continue to experience a heat wave until Friday, July 5, 2024, with temperatures soaring as high as 49 degrees Celsius. The hottest areas include the Eastern Region, Riyadh, Makkah, and Al-Madinah, recording temperatures up to 47 degrees Celsius.
The National Center of Meteorology has announced that high temperatures in Saudi Arabia will persist until Friday, July 5, 2024.
The Eastern Region and parts of Riyadh will experience extreme heat ranging from 46-49°C.
Areas in Makkah and Al-Madinah will face temperatures up to 42-45°C.
Notably, Al-Ahsa and Sharurah recently recorded 47°C, while Dammam experienced 46°C.
Similar extreme temperatures of 45°C were also noted in Al-Madinah, Mina, and Wadi Al-Dawasir.
