Saudi Arabia has launched a landmark $1 billion real estate project in Jeddah with the Trump Organization and Dar Global, marking a major advance in luxury mixed-use development in the kingdom’s Red Sea commercial hub.

The new Trump Plaza Jeddah will rise along King Abdulaziz Road, a prime urban corridor, and is designed to integrate premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space and exclusive townhouses set around a landscaped green spine inspired by New York’s Central Park.

The project represents the second Trump-branded development in Saudi Arabia following the earlier launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in late 2024. It underscores the growing appeal of Saudi real estate to international developers and investors, aligning with the kingdom’s Vision 2030 economic diversification strategy, which seeks to expand tourism, hospitality and high-end property markets beyond oil-related sectors.

Dar Global, a London-listed luxury property developer and the international arm of Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, said Trump Plaza Jeddah will set a new benchmark for lifestyle and urban living in the city’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape.

The development is part of Jeddah’s broader “Manhattan” masterplan, reflecting ambitions to establish the city as a vibrant global destination that combines commercial dynamism with high-quality residential amenities.

Eric Trump, executive vice president of the Trump Organization, described the venture as an embodiment of world-class living and business environments, bringing together hospitality, modern residences and dynamic workspaces.

The initiative also highlights deepening commercial ties between Saudi Arabia and the Trump Organization, which has secured multiple branded partnerships across the Gulf region.

The mixed-use nature of Trump Plaza is expected to attract both local and international residents and tenants, contributing to Jeddah’s position as a leading regional hub for luxury living and investment.
