Riyadh hosts International conference on desalination industry future
The International Conference on the Future of the Desalination Industry, will kick off in Riyadh on Sunday with the participation of policy makers, innovators, financiers, marketers, operators, contractors, developers and technology suppliers around the world.
The conference to be organized by Saline Water Conversion Corporation on September 11- 13.
Over 120 local and international speakers including water ministers from different countries of the world will participate in the conference.
The conference will present 3 main themes including controlling the price of water desalination at $ 0.32 to become the world record price for water desalination, how to reduce carbon emissions by 50%, and how to develop non- water revenues to 10% of the total.
