Resecurity introduces dark web solutions in Saudi Arabia

The US-based company recently exhibited their solutions and shared their expertise at the World Defense Show in the kingdom

Resecurity, a US-based cybersecurity company providing managed threat detection and response, has introduced dark web solution in Saudi Arabia. The company recently exhibited their solutions and shared their expertise at the World Defense Show in the kingdom.

Founded by Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI), World Defense Show was a fully integrated and future focused defense event that showcased the latest technological developments from around the globe and demonstrated defence interoperability across all domains.

Being an official member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Saudi Arabia (AmChamKSA), Resecurity, brought cyber threat intelligence (CTI), dark web monitoring (DWM) and digital risk management (DRM) solutions oriented on the Aerospace & Defense industry (A&D).

Hosted from March 6-9, the show addressed the industry’s most pressing challenges, showcased innovative solutions and offered attendees access to network with experts from around the globe. The conference featured over 40 sessions and hundreds of attendees comprised of Saudi Arabia’s key leadership, international delegations and industry decision-makers from around the world.

AI-powered cybersecurity interoperability

A key focus for this year’s event was cybersecurity, with Saudi Arabia investing heavily in its digital transformation and the emerging cyberthreats that have come with it, focusing on international partnerships, security management solutions and cybersecurity crisis response. AI-powered cybersecurity intelligence and technologies are expected to play a key role in this digitalisation by decreasing time to identify cyberthreats, saving labour cost, reducing human errors, maximising ROI and much more.

Resecurity introduced their AI-powered cyberthreat intelligence solutions that provide proactive early-warning alerts and comprehensive visibility of digital risks targeting an organisation’s ecosystem. Drawing on billions of data points, the company’s innovative platform allows administrators to reduce potential blind spots and security gaps by quickly seeing in-depth analysis and specific artifacts obtained through the dark web, botnets activity, network intelligence and high-quality threat intelligence data.

“With cyber intelligence and solutions becoming critical for enterprises and governments alike, Resecurity is proud to have participated at the first World Defense Show in Saudi Arabia. Given our recent expansion throughout the Middle East, the event set the stage for partners and growth to come in this increasingly critical industry,” said Gene Yoo, CEO of Resecurity. “AI will be a key player in the future of defence. By integrating AI-powered solutions into their digital ecosytems, organisations are able to automate the identification, assessment and triage of incoming cyber threats while staying ahead of cybercriminals using AI-driven tactics to attack companies at scale.”

Expanding cyber intelligence in the Middle East

Resecurity has also invested in local staff and partnered with several leading information security consultancy firms and managed security services providers (MSSP) in the region. “The digital economy booming throughout the Middle East. With this growth, cyberthreats have followed. Resecurity is dedicated to helping more organisations throughout the Middle East secure their digital ecosystems and keep up with emerging cyberthreats with these investments,” said Ayman Alshobaki, business development manager (Middle East) of Resecurity.

Recently, the company also announced a research and development centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The new centre will accelerate AI-driven cybersecurity services delivery across the Middle East and Saudi Arabia in close collaboration with local talent and security leaders. Resecurity will invest in data science, artificial intelligence (AI) and cognitive security technologies to protect the region against emerging threats to protect smart cities and critical infrastructure.
