Over half a million liters of Zamzam water provided at the Grand Mosque for Iftar
Zamzam Watering Department, an affiliate of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, provided half a million liters of Zamzam water to fasting people in the Grand Mosque, it was reported Monday.
Director of the Zamzam Watering Department Abdul Rahman Al-Zahrani said that more than half a million liters of Zamzam water were secured for those fasting in the Grand Mosque, in addition to 100,000 Zamzam water bottles and 13,000 containers with a capacity of 40 liters in the Grand Mosque.

The Presidency distributed Monday 160,000 bottles of Zamzam water in the Prophet’s Mosque, in addition to providing 14,000 containers of Zamzam water throughout the mosque’s various areas and squares.
This was done through eight filling points to facilitate worshippers access to water distribution points, as well as providing 1,200 drinking fountains in the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque.
These efforts come as part of the Presidency's plans to provide Zamzam water to those visiting the Prophet's Mosque.
