OMODA and JAECOO Open State-of-the-Art Spare Parts Warehouse in Saudi Arabia
OMODA and JAECOO, under the Chery Group, have opened a new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This facility, stocked with over 3,000 SKUs, supports new vehicle models OMODA C5 and JAECOO J7, offering rapid delivery and enhanced customer service. They plan to establish over 20 showrooms in Saudi Arabia and launch a similar warehouse in Dubai by July 2024.
OMODA and JAECOO, international automotive brands under the Chery Group, have inaugurated a new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
This makes them the first Chinese automotive brands to enter the Saudi market directly, bypassing local agents and establishing their international head office in Riyadh.
The facility holds over 3,000 SKUs, catering to all parts required for OMODA C5 and JAECOO J7 models showcased at POP-UP stores in malls across the Kingdom, including Yasmin Mall in Jeddah, Nakheel Mall, and the View Mall in Riyadh.
In collaboration with MAERSK and SENDDEX express delivery, the warehouse enables rapid spare parts delivery within 48 hours, enhancing customer service.
OMODA and JAECOO also collaborate with CASTROL and MID partnered (MIDEAST AUTO SERVICE) for 24/7 emergency roadside assistance.
The brands plan to open over 20 showrooms across Saudi Arabia by the end of 2024 and will launch another 6,000-square-meter warehouse in Dubai by July 2024 to improve parts availability in the GCC region.
