Four major photo agencies have withdrawn a Mother's Day picture of Kate, the Princess of Wales, and her children after possible digital manipulation was flagged.
The questionable alignment of Princess Charlotte's left hand prompted Getty Images, AFP, Reuters, and Associated Press to pull the image, initially captured by Prince William.
This was the first picture of Kate released by Kensington Palace since her January surgery. Despite Kensington Palace not commenting, the photo depicted Kate encircled by her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
Posted to the couple's social media with a grateful note from Kate, it has sparked fresh scrutiny instead of settling health rumors after her 13-night London Clinic stay for a non-cancer-related issue.
