NEOM's Magna: A Luxury Sustainable Coastal Region with 12 Unique Destinations and Global Tourism Standards
NEOM's Board of Directors introduced Magna, a new luxury sustainable tourism project along the Gulf of Aqaba.
The 120 km long development includes 12 destinations: Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam, and Jaumur.
Magna aims to set global standards in luxury and sustainability, using technology, architecture, and modern amenities while preserving native flora and fauna.
The project aligns with Saudi Vision 2030.
Magna, a new development in Saudi Arabia by NEOM, will include 15 luxury hotels with over 1,600 rooms, apartments, and residences.
CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr emphasized Magna's significance, combining natural beauty and technology, supporting NEOM's goals, and contributing to Saudi Vision 2030.
The project is expected to create 15,000 jobs, add SR2.6 billion to the GDP, provide homes for 14,500 residents, and attract 300,000 annual visitors.
