Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Justice Reports Progress on Implementing Vision 2030 Plan
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in Saudi Arabia has published a report on its achievements in seven years of implementing the Vision 2030 plan, which focuses on improving institutional justice and efficiency through digital solutions.
The report highlights various initiatives, including new legislations, improved efficiency, and the launch of e-Litigation, Virtual Enforcement Court, e-Auction, and Nafith platforms.
The report also covers digital notarial services such as e-powers of attorney and e-conveyances of real property.
