Minister of Media Launches Hajj Media Hub in Makkah
Minister of Media, Salman Al-Dosary, inaugurated the Hajj Media Hub in Makkah, running until June 16. The hub supports over 1,500 media professionals from 150 outlets with various facilities and interactive zones. It includes participation from 15 governmental and private entities, located at the Makkah Exhibition and Events Center.
Minister of Media, Salman Al-Dosary, inaugurated the first edition of the Hajj Media Hub in Makkah on Monday.
Running until June 16, the hub is a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Doyof Al-Rahman Program, part of the Media Transformation Program initiatives announced at the Saudi Media Forum.
The hub aims to support media professionals during Hajj, benefiting over 1,500 local and international media professionals from more than 150 outlets.
It features 11 supportive media zones, an interactive media exhibition, press conference headquarters, an integrated media center, various studios, and the Virtual Press Center (VPC).
The initiative includes participation from 15 governmental and private entities, such as the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, and Royal Commission for Makkah City, all housed in a 6000 square meter area at the Makkah Exhibition and Events Center.
