Lulu Group has opened its 60th hypermarket in Saudi Arabia, located in Khamis Mushait, Asir Province. The new store spans 71,000 square feet and focuses on customer convenience with ample parking and numerous checkout points. Chairman Yusuf Ali announced plans for 17 more hypermarkets, highlighting their commitment to local employment and eco-friendly practices.
Lulu Group has inaugurated its latest retail destination in Khamis Mushait, Asir Province, Saudi Arabia, marking its 60th hypermarket in the country.
The new hypermarket, launched by Governor Khalid bin Abd Alaziz bin Mushayt and attended by Lulu Group’s Chairman Yusuf Ali MA and other dignitaries, spans 71,000 square feet in the Mujan Park Mall.
Yusuf Ali praised the quality choices of Saudi shoppers and emphasized their commitment to quality, affordability, and variety.
The store focuses on customer convenience with 1,100 parking slots, 12 cashier checkouts, and four self-checkouts.
The hypermarket includes various sections like fresh food, electronics, fashion, and promotes eco-friendly practices with e-receipt checkout and green checkout counters.
Additionally, Yusuf Ali announced plans to open 17 more hypermarkets in Saudi Arabia soon, creating more local job opportunities.
Other senior officials, including Saifee Rupawala, CEO, were also present at the event.
