The new residential project offers modern architecture, natural serenity, and comprehensive facilities.
Kooheji Development, in strategic partnership with NHC, has announced the launch of the Rewan Al Ruba residential project in Al Ruba Destination, eastern Riyadh.

Spanning over 798,000 square meters, the project features five main models with sub-models, offering land areas ranging from 250 to 476 square meters and building areas ranging from 258 to 374 square meters.

This allows families to choose homes tailored to their lifestyle, combining space, design, and functionality.

The Rewan Al Ruba project was designed to provide an integrated residential environment that merges modern architecture with natural serenity.

It includes a range of facilities such as recreational zones, schools, mosques, health centers, and expansive green spaces exceeding 800,000 square meters.

The presence of valleys within the area provides residents with a peaceful and comprehensive residential ecosystem.

CEO of Kooheji Development, Eng.

The project was designed with an integrated urban vision, prioritizing people through modern architectural approaches, optimal space utilization, and a diverse range of real estate products to cater to various needs of Saudi families.

The residential units offer four or five bedrooms, living rooms, guest rooms on the ground floor, and units with flexible spaces and distinctive views.
