The award was accepted on behalf of the King by Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud in Tunis, at the council's gathering.

During the meeting, Prince Abdulaziz highlighted the current unstable condition in Palestine, underscoring the hardship faced by children, women, and the elderly there. He stressed the council's longstanding commitment to bolstering security, stability, and development for Arab nations.

The minister pointed out emerging security challenges, such as cybercrime, the misuse of artificial intelligence, and sophisticated drug trafficking, which have paved the way for increased organized crime, armed factions, and terrorist activities.

He emphasized the importance of investing in infrastructure and enhancing development, education, and capabilities to counter these threats.

Prince Abdulaziz accentuated the necessity for Arab countries to collaborate in addressing these dangers to reduce their potential adverse impacts.
