Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to President Nguyen Shan Fokk, President of Vietnam, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the King wished good health and continuous happiness to the President, and steady progress and prosperity to the government and friendly people of Vietnam.
