Jordan Authorities Seize Half a Million Captagon Pills in Smuggling Attempt
The Jordanian Customs and anti-narcotics department thwarted an attempt to smuggle 517,000 Captagon pills into the country.
According to Petra News Agency, Jordanian Customs and the anti-narcotics department successfully foiled a smuggling attempt involving 517,000 Captagon pills.
The drugs were concealed within metal trays designed specifically for such operations and were being transported in a truck from an adjacent country.
Additionally, at dawn, the Jordanian military intercepted another smuggling operation where balloons were used to transport illicit substances, employing rudimentary control devices.
These items were subsequently transferred to the relevant authorities.
