The New York City townhouse that two-time Academy Award winner Hilary Swank and Chad Lowe shared when they were married is back on the market for $10.955 million. In 2002, they purchased the residence for $3.9 million and parted ways with it four years later for $8.25 million.

The four-story property, located at 33 Charles Street in the West Village, features four bedrooms along with two full bathrooms and a powder room.
