Hezbollah Launches Attacks on Israel Following Ceasefire Deal
Ceasefire announced after prolonged hostilities between Hezbollah and Israel
Hezbollah, the Iran-backed Lebanese militant group, declared responsibility for attacks targeting Israeli forces on Tuesday, shortly after the announcement of a ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel that follows over a year of hostilities and a two-month period of intense conflict.
In separate statements, Hezbollah reported that its fighters launched rockets at Israeli military forces stationed across the border in the towns of Shtula and Kiryat Shmona in northern Israel.
