In the world of AI, Riyadh will host a world-class AI and Data Analytics event. Deloitte, the world’s leading provider of professional services, announced the return of its global flagship AI and Analytics event, Experience Analytics, to the Middle East. The event will take place in Riyadh from May 18-20, 2023.
Saudi students have won 18 medals in different scientific fields, including 10 gold and 8 silver medals, and 7 special awards presented by partners and sponsors at the International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2023) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In other news, the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced that 1.19 million house workers joined the labor market in the past five years. The ministry attributed the increase to the growing demand for domestic labor in the Kingdom.

The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) announced that the insurance sector grew by 26.9% in 2022. The growth was driven by the increase in the number of insurance companies and the expansion of their operations.

The Riyadh municipality has renamed the Al-Wahah and Salahiddine neighborhoods as King Salman Neighborhood. The decision was made in honor of King Salman's contributions to the development of the Kingdom.

The Saudi Ministry of Transport has stopped issuing taxi licenses in Makkah. The decision was made in order to improve the quality of transportation services in the holy city.

The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM) granted 123 new industrial licenses in March this year. The licenses were granted to companies operating in various sectors, including manufacturing, mining, and energy.
