Ensan launches Ramadan basket project for over 13,000 families
Ensan, the Charity Society for Orphan Care in Riyadh, has initiated its Ramadan Basket initiative to provide food assistance to over 13,000 families for the holy month.
The program, set to benefit families across the charity's 21 branches in Riyadh, pledges SR300 ($80) to each orphan family. Donations are welcomed through the Ensan online platform, bank transfers, or in-person branch visits.
The Ramadan Basket, an annual effort to address food security at Ramadan's onset, directly credits support to recipients' bank accounts.
Alongside this, Ensan runs other seasonal endeavors like Zakat Al-Fitr, Eid gifts, and assistance for Hajj, as well as providing year-round support in education, healthcare, housing, and job training.
