Medina Bus Project Launches Shuttle Service for Eid Prayer at Prophet's Mosque
The Medina Bus Project for Public Transportation announced the launch of a shuttle service dedicated to transporting worshippers to the Prophet’s Mosque for the performance of the Eid al-Fitr prayer.
This service, facilitated by buses, will start from four stations strategically located in the east, north, west, and south of Medina.
The departure trips to the Prophet’s Mosque are scheduled to begin at 2 a.m., with buses leaving from Al-Khalidiyah, Sayyid al-Shuhada, the Sports Stadium, and Durat Al Madinah stations. Following the Eid prayer, return trips to the designated vehicle parking sites at the stations will commence and continue until 8 a.m.
This initiative aims to provide an efficient and convenient transportation option for the faithful attending one of the most significant prayers of the Islamic calendar in the holy city.
