Crown Prince begins Greek visit

Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, was accorded grand reception in Athens, capital of Greece, on Tuesday evening.

Upon his arrival at Athens International Airport, the Crown Prince was received by Deputy Prime Minister Panagiotis Pikrammenos and other senior officials.

The Crown Prince was then headed in an official procession to the Maximos Mansion, the official seat and residence of the Prime Minister of Greece. The Crown Prince will hold wide ranging talks with Greek President Katerina Sakellaropoulou, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and other high ranking officials.



They will discuss ways to further enhance bilateral relations in various fields, in addition to issues of common interest. Their talks will also figure major regional and international issues.

The entourage of the Crown Prince includes Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman; Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal Bin Farhan; Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Al-Faisal; Minister of Sports Prince Badr Bin Abdullah; Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban; Minister of Commerce and Media Dr. Majed Al-Qasabi; Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Bin Abdulaziz; Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawaha and Governor of the Public Investment Fund Yasser Al-Rumayyan.

The delegation accompanying the Crown Prince also includes Secretary of the Crown Prince Dr. Bandar Al-Rasheed, Vice President of Royal Protocols Rakan Al-Tubaishi, and Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Greece Dr. Saad Al-Ammar.

The Crown Prince arrived in Greece on the first-leg of his two-nation tour that would also take him to France where he will meet French President Emmanuel Macron and other leaders.
