China's Chery Group Brands OMODA and JAECOO Open First Saudi Spare Parts Warehouse in Dammam: 6,000 sqm Facility with 3,000 SKUs and Rapid Delivery
Chery Group's automotive brands OMODA and JAECOO opened a new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
This is a significant milestone as they are the first Chinese automotive brands to enter the Saudi market directly, without the need for a local agent.
The international head office is located in Riyadh.
The warehouse stocks over 3,000 SKUs, covering all parts needed for the new vehicle models, OMODA C5 and JAECOO J7, which are currently being showcased at POP-UP stores in Yasmin Mall (Jeddah), The Nakheel Mall and The View Mall (Riyadh), and Nakheel Mall Dammam (Dammam/Khober region).
CEO Scott Wang of OMODA JAECOO announced the establishment of a new warehouse in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with transportation giant MAERSK.
The warehouse, which utilizes SENDDEX express delivery, aims to provide faster access to spare parts for OMODA and JAECOO owners in Saudi Arabia, reducing lead times and improving customer service.
Additionally, OMODA JAECOO has signed cooperative agreements with CASTROL and MID (MIDEAST AUTO SERVICE) for spare parts and emergency roadside assistance, respectively.
The company's commitment to the Saudi Arabian market and focus on exceptional customer service are highlighted in the announcement.
OMODA and JAECOO International aim to open over 20 showrooms with full 3S facilities (sales, service, and spare parts) across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the end of 2024.
This expansion will make it more convenient for customers to access their services in their local regions.
In addition, a new 6,000-square-meter spare parts warehouse will open in Dubai, UAE, in July 2024, to improve parts availability and response capabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
