An investigation is underway against the officials with regard to the reasons that resulted in the company’s failure to provide the required services, the ministry said while stressing that it is closely monitoring all services provided to pilgrims in order to ensure their quality and standard.

The ministry emphasized that it would follow-up all agencies as well as companies and establishments that are operating during the Hajj season, monitor all violations, and deal with them immediately and instantaneously. This is part of the ministry’s implementation of the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman to facilitate the provision of the best ever services for the pilgrims as well as to ensure the safety and comfort of the pilgrims.

The ministry said that that it will not tolerate any shortcomings that affect the services being rendered to the pilgrims and that the inspection and field teams from the ministry would carry out continuous tours to assess and follow up the quality of services provided to them. The ministry will deal with the communications received by it without any exception, and this is in an effort to raise the level of quality of services for the pilgrims and maintain their safety.
