Amir, Saudi interior minister review ties Amir meets Saudi interior minister

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani received, in his office at the Amiri Diwan on Tuesday, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, and the accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Saudi interior minister conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, Crown Prince and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defence to His Highness the Amir, and their best wishes for his continued health and happiness, and to the Qatari people further progress and prosperity.

For his part, His Highness the Amir, conveyed to the Saudi minister his greetings to his brother Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, wishing them good health and wellness, and the Saudi people more development and progress.

During the meeting, the relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them were reviewed.

The meeting was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani.

In a separate meeting, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani and HRH Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud held a session of talks Monday morning.

During the session, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing them, especially in the security and police fields and combating terrorism. The most prominent regional and international developments were also discussed.

The session was attended by a number of Their Excellencies senior officials of the Ministry of Interior.
