Alghanim Industries opens 2 new Xcite electronics stores in Saudi Arabia

In line with its longstanding commitment in providing the best customer experience to its growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Alghanim Industries (Kutayba Alghanim Group), one of the largest private companies in the region, opened two new stores in the Kingdom in Dammam and Jeddah.
With these two additions to the existing strong network of 8 stores in Riyadh and one in Makkah, the region’s most prolific tech retailer has now 11 stores in the Kingdom. There are plans for further expansion of Xcite stores during the year alongside many other Alghanim businesses in the Kingdom.

Xcite’s widespread growth mirrors both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s flourishing economy and the central values of Saudi Vision 2030, most notably when it comes to empowering local youth in unleashing and developing their many colorful talents as their country moves toward a more prosperous future.

Customers can also enjoy the benefits of Xcite’s extended warranty program, X-Care. The new Xcite stores in Dammam and Jeddah are in the leading shopping malls of the cities in Nakheel Mall and Yasmeen Mall respectively. These new stores are in the express format to be followed by big box stores to be opened during the year. The grand openings for the stores were attended by representatives from high level officials from city chamber, senior executives from Alghanim industries local press, influencers and large numbers of enthusiastic customers.

Xcite provides a stellar experience to a variety of customers, accommodating the many tastes in technology and electronics consumption.

The Xcite stores function as interactive galleries with a wide collection of mobile phones, smart watches, laptops and tablets, videogame consoles and their accessories, small and large home appliances alongside many international brands offering the best electronic home solutions.

In addition to offering all the latest tech, from home equipment and personal care devices to entertainment stations powered by the best international tech companies, Xcite also offers its tech displayed in interactive segments where customers can enjoy using the products before buying them.

Visiting any Xcite store begins with a carefully designed environment that attracts customers to their desired tech category, followed by a knowledgeable team that presents any given device’s use along with the active deals and offerings customers benefit from. The Xcite experience then continues with a menu of purchase options as customers have multiple credit options and several warranty tiers to enjoy, depending on their personal needs. All of Xcite’s professionals are informed specialists, guiding customers throughout their shopping experience regardless of the device they decide to enjoy.

Alghanim Industries carries over a customer-first approach as the center of all its functions throughout all its businesses, all of which has yielded a favorable reception by the many regions within the kingdom.
