A modern, 3,300 square feet loft with a dynamic and serene interior

This beautiful loft is impressive for multiple reasons. First of all, it’s a very spacious loft. It covers an area of 3,300 square feet and all the rooms are very large and very airy.

Also, the interior design is modern and stylish. Even though it’s simple, every little detail has been chosen perfectly. The loft has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also has an open floor plan that is very large and very beautiful.

It includes not one but two sitting areas, one at each end of the room, a dining area placed next to the huge windows and, of course the kitchen that also has a bar. This room has several large windows that let in lots of natural sunlight. The walls and the ceiling are crisp white and this also contributed to the overall bright and airy atmosphere. The floor is chocolate brown and creates a strong and elegant contrast with the white background.

The color palette chosen for this area and for the rest of the loft as well is simple and features a soft tone of orange as an accent color. The upper level is a private space and it contains the bedrooms, bathrooms and an office. The bedrooms are also very spacious and feature the same elegant color combination. The bathrooms are not particularly large but they seem quite spacious, especially in the case of the one with the mirror wall.
